• Your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party.

You agree not to upload, mint, distribute, or promote any content that is:

• Illegal under any applicable law or regulation;
• Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit in nature;
• Hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence or harm;
• Fraudulent, misleading, or intended to scam users.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules, and to suspend or ban users who breach these Terms.

4. No Warranties

Our platform is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, security, or error-free operation of the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits or lost data.
